Eve is a robot designed to answer IT-related requests over live chat. Eve is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will respond to your request immediately — no waiting for an agent.

Eve is actively learning through interactions and is designed to expand her knowledge every day to serve you better. If Eve is unable to assist with your request, you can submit your request to a member of our Service Desk team. If you have a simple request, then using Eve is your best option.
