Start: 2017/08/02 12:45 - A client reported they received an error, "unable to scan" when trying to send a scan to email at a Xerox copier.
2017/08/02 13:45 - More clients reported the same issue at other Xerox copiers. IST began investigating.
2017/08/02 14:30 - A fix was implemented, service was restored. Monitoring began to see if the issue reoccurred.
End: 2017/08/03 11:30 - No further issues have been reported.
