Start: 2017/09/14 12:00 - Students began reporting they were not able to log on to computers at several computer labs in Computing Science Centre(CSC) and Central Academic Building(CAB). Computers that were not restarted worked fine. IST analysts began investigating the cause and fixing the problem. Locations known to be affected were:
2017/09/14 12:30 - IST analysts identified that the cause was updates from yesterday. A fix was then rolled out to all computers and analysts worked on fixing computers that had lost network connections.
