Start: 2017/05/28 8:30 - Monitoring systems detected a number of network devices became unavailable which resulted in a loss of some network resources around campus. IST support analysts began investigating.
2017/05/28 11:30 - Users in the following buildings were being affected by the outage: Arts and Convocation Hall, South Academic Building, Cameron Library, Central Academic Building, Dentistry Pharmacy
2017/05/28 14:00 - Root cause was determined to be emergency power failing to start after routine planned power maintenance. IST needed to wait for physical building repairs to be completed before the affected network devices could be restored.
