Websites that host Sitecore will be undergoing maintenance.  Affected users including Faculty of Engineering, Financial Services and Human Resources will not be able to access the site for up to 5 minutes at any time during the 1.5 hour change window.

The eClass environment, which provides access to eClass and eClassLive, will be offline to perform scheduled infrastructure maintenance.
 
eCkass and eClassLive will be unavailable for the duration of this outage.

Modifier change

A network switch that provides network availability to the University Terrace 3rd Floor  will be replaced.   Human Resource Services and extra space for the Faculty of Nursing is located in University Terrace.  The affected users will be unable to connect to the network. The service outage is expected to last for 1 hour.

Outage resolution

Start: 2017/11/16 08:00 - Clients began reporting classroom podium computers in Enterprise Square (ESQ) were not loading Operating Systems (OS) and as a result they were unavailable for use. IST support teams began investigating.
End: 2017/11/16 08:20 - Classroom podium computers are now loading properly after services were restarted on the servers that host the OS images. Service has been restored. If you are still experiencing difficulty with this IT service, please contact IST at 780-492-9400.

Start: 2017/11/15 14:15 - Several clients reported issues accessing Google Docs. IST support teams escalated to Google for further investigation.
2017/11/15 14:30 - Google confirmed the problem was affecting a significant subset of users. The affected users were unable to access Google Docs.
