The new Google Calendar is now the default experience. Start using all of Calendar's new features by browsing tips below or by visiting Google's Get started with Calendar.
On November 14, a fresh look and new features will be available in Google Calendar to help you manage your time more efficiently and get more done. Note: it may take up to 24 hours for this feature to be visible in your account.
The new Google Calendar includes a modern color palette and sleek design, plus a responsive layout that auto-adjusts to your screen size. Google has also added features to help you and teams schedule and prepare for meetings.

There are a number of other changes in Calendar, too. Now you can see contact information of meeting participants with hover cards, a new way to view and restore deleted items in one place, and a simpler way to access the "Day,” "Week,” and "Month" views.

Note, the new Google Calendar will be available to opt-in starting November 14 (click “Use the new Calendar” button). You have option to opt-out back to the classic Calendar for a temporary period of time (click “Back to classic Calendar” from the settings drop-down menu). The old classic Calendar will no longer be available after February 28th, 2018.
