What is the impact? The above services will be unavailable during the outage. U of A Blackberry Service users may experience intermittent access during the change. When will the change occur? Start: 2013/01/18 22:00 – The update will begin. Test: 2013/01/18 23:00 – Testing will begin to ensure all services are accessible. End: 2013/01/19 00:00 – The change will be complete.
