The affected users were not able to connect to the internet or place a VoIP call.
 
What was the timeline of the incident?
Start: 2013/04/23 08:05 – Users began to report an issue using VoIP phones and accessing the network on the 2nd floor of ESQ.
2013/04/23 08:10 – IT support analysts began working on the issue.
End: 2013/04/23 10:35 – Service was restored.
