CHANGE: OTRS Update - 2012/12/18

What is happening?
The Open-source Ticket Request System (OTRS) will be receiving an update to provide the following:
  • Creation of ticket default state will be set to unassigned from assigned.
  • Work order view will change to sort by work order number.
  • Only the knowledge base article's solution section will be inserted when replying to a ticket.
Who will be affected?
All OTRS users will be affected.
 
What is the impact?
Users will not have access to OTRS during the change.
 
When will the change occur?
Start: 2012/12/19 22:00 – The update will begin.
Test: 2012/12/19 22:45 – Testing will begin to ensure OTRS is accessible.
End: 2012/12/19 23:00 – The change will be complete.
