2014/03/05 11:00 – An external internet service provider was found to be experiencing issues and IST analysts began working with them to restore IT services.
2014/03/05 13:05 – The vendor repaired the issue and users were contacted to verify a restoration of service.
End: 2014/03/05 13:40 – Service was confirmed to be restored.
