What happened?
An application that allows the Connect feature for eClass Live has experienced an issue.

Who was affected?
This may have affected all staff and students who were using the eClass Live! powered by Adobe Connect feature of eClass powered by Moodle to host meetings and online course delivery. This also may have affected a small group of those who access Adobe Connect directly.

What was the impact?
Clients connected to this server may have been disconnected from any currently running meetings. Clients may have needed to close and reopen their session to re-establish a connection to their meeting. Performance of the service may have been reduced.

What was the current timeline of the incident?
Start: 2014/03/01 07:03 Monitoring discovered an issue with an application availability. 
2014/03/01 07:59 – IT support began investigating this issue.
End: 2014/03/01 - Service was restored.
