What was the timeline of the incident?Start: 2014/02/28 09:00 – IT support analysts received a call about an issue with a Smart Classroom and began investigating.2014/02/28 09:05 – IT support analysts began working on the issue and contacted Facilities and Operations when a power outage was discovered.End: 2014/02/28 11:30 – Power was restored and audiovisual equipment was tested to ensure functionality. All IT Services were confirmed to be restored.
