2014/02/10 09:15 – IST analysts began working on the issue and contacted Google for assistance.
2014/02/10 11:30 – IST analysts contacted AHS analysts in an effort to further troubleshoot the issue.
2014/02/10 14:30 – AHS analysts continued to work on the issue.
2014/02/11 09:25 – AHS analysts contacted IST to report that they had performed firewall changes and that the issue was believed to be resolved. IST analysts began contacting users to verify the resolution.
End: 2014/02/11 10:00 – Google Apps service was confirmed to be restored.
