What was timeline of the incident?Start: 2014/02/10 09:10 – Users contacted IST to report an issue with UAlberta Google Apps.2014/02/10 09:15 – IST analysts began working on the issue and contacted Google for assistance.2014/02/10 11:30 – IST analysts contacted AHS analysts in an effort to further troubleshoot the issue.2014/02/10 14:30 – AHS analysts continued to work on the issue.2014/02/11 09:25 – AHS analysts contacted IST to report that they had performed firewall changes and that the issue was believed to be resolved. IST analysts began contacting users to verify the resolution.End: 2014/02/11 10:00 – Google Apps service was confirmed to be restored.
