Who was affected?Approximately 241 CCID's were affected by this outage.
What was the impact?The affected users did not appear in the University Directory and were experiencing issues with:
What was the timeline of the incident?Start: 2013/07/30 09:00 – Users called began to report an issue with their CCID's.2013/07/30 09:10 – IT support analysts began working on the issue.2013/07/30 10:45 - The cause of the issue was identified as a partial corruption of CCID records.2013/07/30 13:30 - The corrupted records were restored and the resolution was tested and verified with users who reported the issue. It was noted that affected accounts would not be visible in PeopleSoft until the next day.End: 2013/07/31 10:00 – Service was verified to be fully restored.
