Start: 2013/05/14 16:10 – Users began reporting an issue with some University of Alberta websites.
2013/05/14 16:45 – IT support analysts began working on the issue.
2013/05/15 09:25 - The cause was isolated to one server of a web server cluster.
2013/05/15 11:10 - The root cause was identified as a network interface card (NIC) in a failed sate. The NIC was reloaded.
End: 2013/05/15 11:50 – Service was confirmed to be restored.
