What was timeline of the incident?Start: 2013/04/18 06:55 – Users began to report issues with a number of central IT services. IT support analysts began to investigate.2013/04/18 09:00 - IT support discovered intermittent network availability with central IT services on campus.2013/04/18 09:45 - Some central IT services were restored. 2013/04/18 10:45 - The root cause was localized in the data center.2013/04/18 11:45 - The root cause was identified and a controlled resolution was started. End: 2013/04/18 12:30 - The affected network services were be brought back on line in a controlled phased approach. Services are restored or in the process of being restored.
