The UAlberta iOS App experienced an issue.

Who was affected?
All users of the latest version (v 2.1.1) of the iOS UAlberta app were affected by this outage. Android users and iOS users with an earlier version of the app were not affected.

What was the impact?
The affected users were not be able to load any information using the app.

What was timeline of the incident?
Start: 2013/04/17 07:41 – IT support analysts discovered a problem with the iOS version of the UAlberta App.
2013/04/17 08:30 – IT support analysts began working on the issue.
End: 2013/04/17 11:30 – Service was restored.
