  • Research Services Office (RSO)
  • Research Ethics Office (REO)
  • University Relations
  • Law

What was the impact?
The affected users experienced longer than normal log on times.

What was timeline of the incident?
Start: 2013/03/25 08:00 – Users reported a problem with the VPFA and VPFA file server.
2013/03/25 08:10 – IT support analysts began working on the issue.
End: 2013/03/25 09:35 – Service was restored for affected users using a workaround.
